BAD SERVICE - STAY AWAY!!!!!

This "flu by night" company does not deserve a single star and I wish I had done a proper research of them before taking up their services. A lot of paperwork. When you call on TUE, WED & FRI which are their call days, the automated voice just tells you that they are not taking calls with no good reason. The lady that answers calls hardly ever has answers and when you want to speak to Stephanie, Stephanie is never there apparently, according to this lady Stephanie id the one who gets emails so that is why she can not assist you when you call. Stephanie herself doesn't respond to emails. I started working with them from April 2025 to avoid delays once I am on maternity leave but they only app**** on the 23rd July 2025 and never got back to me until I had to follow up with the DOL and they said my claim has been rejected, when I called little ****** as the agent I hired, they gave me some stupid reasons as to why have not received any feedback from them, I myself had to submit and resubmit supporting docs to the DOL and enquired about about my application status (regarding the resubmission) Stephanie NEVER RESPONDED, I eventually went directly to the DOL (which defeats the purpose of hiring Stephanie) and I get there and they tell me I completed old and outdated docs and that I have to start from scratch and re-apply, mind you Stephanie is the one who gave me the docs to complete. This company is useless and they behave like ****mers. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR THEM. YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING DIRECTLY TO THE DOL. I just want my refund, Stephanie you wasted my time and you are a nightmare to work with.
