BAD BAD BAD BAD
I have received very very bad service from them. Not a happy client. Ive submitted my documents to them end of November 2019, up until today 11 Feb 2020 I have received no UIF. If I do not ask the questions no feedback will be given. After speaking to the DOL myself they have confirmed that no UI documents was submitted to them.
Very very Frustrated!!!!! Will report them everywhere and not make use of their service ever again.
Ive taken it up with them and they are blaming the DOL fax that was not working correctly.

with previous feedback we provided we did inform you multiple times about your employment issue with he name changes that were done, these submissions were done.
yesterday all the submission proof and all was sent to you, even correspondence from DOL about the fax where DOL confirmed issue
