Don't bother. 1.5 years later - no UIF claim to speak of. Unhelpful, unresponsive and refuse to refund my fee after not completing what they were paid to do.

as we have discussed with yourself,
your claim was updated and ready for an approval - when we escalated it came back with a rejection due to your employers claiming ters while you were on leave which was not allowed by DOL and the claim was rejected. We have then advised that the leave dates must change to after the ters periods which we have provided in full. You provided us with documents and this was submitted to DOL, so that this can be updated by DOL. We have also provided you with electronic submission info that employers MUST do as the law stipulates they must declare to ensure compliance - as we explained they must do this as it is much quicker to get details updated / changed than having to wait for DOL's manual capturing / changing of already updated info.
After the electronic submission info was sent to you - we were accused of not wanting to help - but all we have done since the rejection was advise and assist within our limits that we are allowed to.
We cannot and may not submit on the employers behalf (which law stipulates and which we have advised you on). We provided you with a step by step easy solution to fix the issues with the overlapping maternity leave and ters claim, but since assisting and advising this was not followed and done as we advised.
