ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS

The service of Little ****** is ridiculous! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

I have paid them and only had feedback from them 2-3 times after which I had to physically go into the DoL to sort out THEIR NONSENSE! Long story short: 1. You can never reach them by phone and they take ages to respond to your email. 2. They submitted incorrect/empty documentation to the DoL (they showed me what they received for my claim on their system.) Thank Goodness I had all of my paperwork with me. 3. They haven’t given me feedback in a period of 3 months. Which I took the liberty of following up with UIF myself. 4. When they eventually got back to me they still have the same ridiculous feedback that my termination dates of previous employer is not given through to the DoL. If this was the case why would I have received my first UIf payment (NO THANKS TO THEM) and are awaiting the rest to be released from their pay master (WHICH THEY ARE NOT EVEN AWARE OF)???? Would really like to know what type of follow up they did?

It is just convenient to forward the same email over and over again. It is evident that they do not do their job properly or are incapable of doing it at all.

This company is *****ing my money as they have done absolutely nothing they said they would do!
