2.5 years later and NO DELIVERY ON SERVICE!

On 20 Jan 2022, 12:00 I posted the following: Disgusting service! I gave birth in October 2019 and used Little ****** as the business to assist with maternity benefit claim. Despite sending multiple emails and trying to contact them, I have received little to no feedback regarding my payout. I am expecting my second child and haven't even received UIF for a child born 27 months ago. The blame is always put on someone else, but the truth is that Little ****** clearly doesn't value customer service as they can't even bother responding to emails despite saying that this is their preferred means of communication. They stipulate days and times when calls can be made, but don't answer their calls on these days.

IT HAS BEEN 2.5 YEARS AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR PAYMENT! The service from this company is non-existent! They do not respond to emails or answer phone calls. They also seem to just pass the buck to someone else. Sick of being ignored. I would give zero stars if it were possible.
