First and Last Experience

I had a number of issues with the liquor.co.za website. Firstly it could not distinguish the advertised threshold for free delivery which is R899. I had a cart size higher than this and it did not default to a free delivery at checkout. Secondly the website indicated there was stock available and allowed me to checkout an item. Only to be called telephonically and told the very next day that there is no stock availability. I can't shake the feeling that the former was just an issue of incorrect pricing on the retailer's end and the excuse that the stock is delayed at the harbor was just a way dishonour the advertised price. Needless to say, my order (# 00801) was cancelled and I requested a refund.

Very bad experience overall, liquor.co.za is not worth the trouble. Steer clear, rather go to a reputable retailer with a history of delivering.
