Exceptionally Frustrating

R50 off first order voucher does not deduct at checkout if you click delivery (I did have minimum order). If you stop mid order it counts as an order so the R50 off first order doesn't take when you try again. At payments stage I got a website error, then my R50 loyalty points disappeared. Customer support said they'll get back to me on Tuesday. Friday came and still nothing. Slow website. Overall an exceptionally frustrating experience with no favourable outcome.
