Unwelcoming, rude and dismissive Liquor City.

This is pertaining to the Liquor City in Montana.

On two occasions we have experienced extremely rude, unwelcoming and dismissive attitudes from the tellers. Today we had asked the teller if a particular gin was on special and if it would be deducted off our total. She half hardheartedly nodded her head, never making eye contact and making us feel like we weren't even there. She continued to ignore us. We asked about the gin special twice. We received no solid response or answer. At the car we double checked our receipt only to find that we were charged the full price and not the special price. Of course, everyone makes mistakes and we completely understand. However, it was the way we were treated and dismissed, and the whole effort of having to go back to the store to show them that the gin was actually on special after we had asked twice and received no answer. Once they realised the gin was on special, we received no apology or any sort of recognition that we were even standing there. We will never return to this Liquor City branch.
