Service delivery at the liquor city in Dawn park was the worst experience ever after we were treated like our bottles that we wanted exchange with buying alcohol or getting s refund but then we got there and we were interrogated as if we know their services on the other hand our bottles are R2 refundable but instead they exchange them for 0.50c per bottle which is a loss for us customer when we want to exchange we not benefitting at the same time customer service is ********* im so disappointed and don't think ill ever consider returning bottles in future...
