Threated by a Liquor city cashier

Good day..

I have a complaint regarding one of your cashiers(Nthando Ratshibvumo) at Protea Glen mall, the incident happened at 11:36am on 17/08/18.i am disgusted with her behavior... She was rude to us and have no manners to explain to us why the card machine can't read the card. I paid cash then she put the slip on the counter and left us there. We asked her for the box to put all the softdrinks we bought and i asked to please address us properly and stop giving us attitude. She then threatened me and almost wanting to leave the counter and pointing at me. Please advise if this is how one should react towards a customer. The manager was there to witness how she threatened me. I reminded calm in the situation as i deal with customers everyday but i am angry how she handles herself.
