Shockingly Bad service

Shockingly bad service. Liqour City Elspark I walked from home to this outlet to buy a few beers. I had 3 empty bottles in my back pack. So as I enter the store I very quickly get told by a staff member who is quite obviously on her own little power trip that I do not have a mask on and cannot enter. This coming from someone whose mask is around her neck, not even near her mouth never mind her nose. So I say " You yourself do not have a mask on and you are asking ME to put one on, she quickly Slips the mask over her nose and says at least I have a mask. Anyway so I take my 3 empty bottles out and put them into a shopping basket at the entrance to the store and ask another staff member to being me 3 full beers. I wait 5 minutes and nothing happens. When I ask where my beers are all I get from the same staff member that gave me a hard time about not wearing a mask ( Little miss power trip) She makes it clear that I wont be helped even though I am standing outside the store. So anyway I go to the Clicks nearby and ask one of the staff members bring me a mask and i will pay for it when I come in with the mask, the guy goes inside and returns shortly thereafter informing me they do not have masks. Ok so I go to the ATM to go draw cash so I can either pay someone to go into Pick and Pay and buy a mask for me or buy one at the Chinese Shop. Guess what? The ATM is being refilled by the cash in transit people. So now I have to wait another 15 minutes before I can draw cash, ok so I wait, I draw the cash. I buy a mask at the Chinese Shop and head on back to the Liquor City Elspark. I sanitize my hands put on my mask and enter, ( My three empty bottles are still at the entrance in a shopping basket). Needless to say that by now I am feeling highly irritated. So i go and help myself to 3 quarts of Beer and head for the till. The cashiers have a smug smile on their faces since they have managed to inconvenience me and now they feel like they have won some sort of a perverted victory over me. So the cashier rings up my 3 Lion quarts and I ask whether they have taken off the amount for the empties I brought in which are still in a the same place I left them. Guess what, the little white woman, that I assume is a part owner manager whatever pipes up and says I must now go and fetch the empties and put them on the counter, ok so I go fetch the empties and on my way she says "yes you must fetch your empties, IT'S THE LAW!" So I collect my empty bottles pay my bill and walk out, on my way out I tell her, this is the last time I will be buying anything here, and of course, she is right cheeky isn't she, she replies, THAT'S FINE! Draw your own conclusions , the message I got is " WE DON'T NEED YOUR BUSINESS " Oh and by the way I purchase R5000 worth from them per month, I am ( WAS! ) a regular customer of theirs.
