Rude staff at westonaria liquor city

I went to liquor city at westonaria while it was loadshedding and I was told I had to wait at the door because no one was allowed to go in and I should tell them what I want and they will get it for me. I wanted a wine that I only had twice of which I was not sure what kind it was but I knew only the name. To my surprise weird remarks were made in the store from all the staff members. All the staff was laughing and making remarks which made me feel uncomfortable. The customer service was pathetic from all staff members. This happened in the westonaria branch
