Request for Refund Due to Overcharged Purchase - Belgravia Gin & Tonic 6-Pack

Dear Liquor City Management,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my recent visit to your store. Yesterday, on Saturday, 6 April, I purchased a Belgravia Gin & Tonic 6-Pack at Liquor City. The displayed price for the item was R134.99. However, upon reviewing my receipt, I discovered that I was charged R314.99 instead.

This discrepancy has left me feeling quite unsettled, as I firmly believe I have been overcharged for the product. I have attached a copy of the receipt for your reference.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and arrange for a refund of the overcharged amount to be credited back to my account.
