refused with refund

<p>Good day, I bought a four bottle bar optic drinks dispenser at liquor city wonderboom. before i bought it i asked the cashier about their return policy and told her that its possible that the person im buying this for might have a it and would want to return it. The teller assured me that they will give me a refund as long as i return it in its original box and has not used it. To my surprise when i returned it the manager refused to give me a refund. In stead he gave me a voucher.</p>
