refused with a refund

on the 9th of December 2017,i went to Liquor City Boksburg and tried to swipe for goods of R185.40 and the machine kept on declining the transaction saying it was offline, and I left without the booze, to my horror today I check my statement and I'm out with R185.40 and I call the manager who then refers me to the company bookkeeper-Nicky,who tells me to refer the matter to my bank and ask them why they debited my account with the money, then I get called by the area manager-Ricky and practically tells be that they don't have my money and this after I have emailed him a statement and proof of the declined statement... I am not going to rest until I get my money back.
