Northcliff corner liquor city

So frustrated with liquor city in Northcliff, whenever you swipe on their terminals in says decline but the money leaves your account, and the cashier can oh so casually tell you 'calm down the money will return in 24 hour's!!! So I can't go buy anything anywhere else cause I must wait 24 hour's?? Pathetic services
