Man handled by the security

I visiated the liquor city in protea glen today.

As I walked out, the security asked for my reciept, needless to say, I don't even know why he has to put a scratch on it, but was asked to do so. I had too many things in my hands and stretched out my hand, with my reciept, and othere things with it towards him. He shouted "your reciept" and attended to the customers walking in. I was in a hurry and didn't see anything wrong with me walking out with my paid item without the security scratching my receipt. Besides I was in a hurry and I had arrived first.

He then ran after me, grabbed my paid item (toar it and twisted my hand) and ordered me to go back inside. I asked him why he is man handling me and he said I must go back inside because I refused to give him my reciept (which was not true). I asked why he is grabbing my like a ******** and he told me I can return the alcohol for a refund.

I most certainly did not drive there to be humiliated and get told to return my alcohol by the security so I refused.

I felt humiliated as everyone watched as if I had stollen the alcohol and got caught by the security outside the store.

I don't know if this was done because we are not in the surbubs, I'm black and I am a woman. But I know it was definitely not right.

I cannot understand how a paying customer can be treated with such disrespect and get told to return the purchase unwillingly.

The store has surveillance cameras everywhere and I went to the till to pay yet I get stopped and grabbed like a ******** outside after paying for my purchase.

I am in disbelief and feel humiliated and urge you to stop your securities from harassing the customers for their receipts and definitely deserve an apology.
