Long time client now long gone!

Today as a long time client and supporter of small local businesses I was ashamed of Liquor City Glen Marais in Dann road. I went today to get some supplies for the festive season and I only got the worst service and arrogance possible to the human kind!

I was helped by a new guy that works there, and he gave me great service, smiled and helped where he could. He accidently gave me the wrong price on a case of wine, which the price was not visible to both of us. So we assumed that it was the same price because it is the same brand. (Merlot vs Dry red)

At the till I paid and inspected the receipt to see what the price was... and then the horrible service hit me when we were at the counter...the ladies who work at the tellers are not friendly, and to top it up the are rude and arrogant. The problem here was that the price per case was more because of the Merlot being more that the Dry red and we had to refund and exchange. Me being happy and festive did not make any fuss about it and waited patiently. The teller lady then helped 4 other clients before se attended to my refund, where she again billed the wrong case and got irritated.

She eventually got it right and was so rude, she did not even gave me the difference, she just left the money on the counter and walked away. I had to ask if this is it and is all sorted because she was so rude and just left while moaning something to her colleague.

Sad to say, they have lost me as a client for ever, I will not support them anymore. I only wish the owner of this store could see and experience this bad attitudes and service before he has to close it down and don't know why. Let him fix the problem before he close down not knowing the reason behind it all!
