Liquor City kagiso mall

I'm not happy with the service of liquor City kagiso mall. The store opens at 9 but their staff came 10 minutes after 9, didn't even alert customers that they will open late. Making excuses about transport and how they did not mop their floor yesterday. The staff had a stinking attitude didn't even apologize, they kept arguing with customers and laughing

To my knowledge if you can't do something today you need to early the next day, to do whatever and open on time
