Liquor City in Lyttelton

Friends and I were about to pay for our ciders when they fell out of the basket to the floor. We asked what their policies entail regarding broken alcohol in the shop before paying for them. The ladies at the counter said we should ask the manager. So my friend did so and he said "you break, you pay". I asked to see the liquor licence and policy and he became frantic and told us to get out of "his" shop. He said we are not welcome back and we must never set foot there. This manager is so ****** and he is extremely unprofessional. He swore at us in front of other customers who were also saying what he's saying is *******. I told him I'm an attorney and I'd like to see his policies. He kicked us out.
