Horrible costumer review

I would like to formally lay a complain regarding the horrible service i experiences at shoprite liquor at Ennerdale. First of all the shop was parked because everyone was buying their drinks. The queue was extremely long when it was my turn to pay the was one casheir that was busy having a lovely chat with her friend. One if the other casheir had to instruct me to go to the casheir the was having the time of their life chatting. When I get to the counter she was very dismissive and rude she did not greet when we did.

She scanned my drinks the just gave me a speed point to pay I said to her you did not hear what I asked you to add on the list.

She just simply just raised her eyebrows to say what? Then I said can I have malborow beyond blue before I finish my sentence the just showed me the machine. Her colleague Lindokuhle said it's at store room she asked her other colleague to get it. I paid for my drink I asked this casheir that was rudely assist me since I paid did she charge me for it said not then I asked what now she just called the next costumer screaming next then I asked her so what about the box of cigarettes I asked to buy she just said move to thee side. The next client paid next to with his card asked for cash she responded by saying she not going to open he responded by saying you "will open for making ***ual jokes next to me very nachelant about the horrible service she gave me. Lindokuhle left her counter in the busy state to fetch the cigarettes I asked to buy the she asked to come pay by her counter. This the most unprofessional horrible rude service I have experience in shoprite liquor in ennerdale. Just because someone is at liquor store buying alcohol does not me we are drunk and we not supposed to be treated with respect and dignity. . The rude cashier's name is ZANELE MASEKO the lady the eventually assisted me with what I asked is LINDOKUHLE WENDY MSIBI.
