False advertising For Black Friday

Liquor city has created the worst customer experience ever! You had me driving around wasting petrol and standing in long lines for your black Friday false advertising the 27th and 28th. You advertised brisa cases, pack of 24 for R250 and you get a case free. Let me tell you the every manager that I spoke to at the various branches after seeing the catalogue they refused to give it to me, one actually told me that BRISA sent expired stock. You guys have honestly wasted a customers time from a monetary to brand image, that is extremely unprofessional to say the least. We have always bought from Liquor City for many occasions, but after such inconvenience and pathetic experience we will definitely take our business elsewhere.
