False advertising

I am writing this email to file a complaint of false advertising.

I went to one of your shops in Alexandra Alex mall on Friday 20/01/2023 around 16:30 - 17:00 pm, where I had traveled from Pretoria being told there’s a special by my friend of strettons gin which states that I can get a strettons gin for R138.99 750ml but when I took a a strettons double cut gin I was told I’m getting it for R199.99 but the poster never specified which stretton gin is included or excluded. I wasted my petrol and time to travel there… the other thing is the manager is *********** as a manager I was in the que for a long time like other people until I finally reached the counter where I had to get service she turned to a customer who looked like her friend and began chatting while I wanted assistance in resolving the matter the only person who tried to help was the lady at the counter “Rita” the manager had no name tag on as well for me to identify her name… i also have a recording of how she was that can be send to you as per your request but I really am disappointed by your management staff
