Delta Liquor Store in west den Bloemfontein

On 26 may 2022 I entered the shop and I had 40rant wanting to buy 2 black labels and the manager rudely said they don't have. I kept quiet and waited for the other guy he was working with to assist me, the guy assisted me freedly so but the Manager was the one at the tiller. I changed my order to 2 Castle Lite 1lt. I wanted 2 and I had taken sister's card to top up the money. She didn't pick up when I wanted the pin, the manager started to be rude saying 'so now what must I do' I then said atleast if he can give me 1 Castle lite instead of 2. The manager then told me that he can't do that and now I'm busy standing there not knowing what to do. I then asked him what can we do in this case that's when he got even more rude saying he's asking me and I'm asking him what to do. The conflict started there. He's rude and doesn't respect customers.

It's not the first time this man is rude. I don't know if he's ****phobic or ****** to other black people because the service I got is not the same as the white guy I asked to pass me. I'm a loyal customer to Delta and I don't want to find myself changing bottle stores because of him.
