Customer Complaint

I am a loyal customer at Stellenbosch store, Last week my friend and I went there to get a bottle of wine and we had the worst experience.

My friend mistakenly knocked a bottle of wine with his bag. We apologized and the Manager there who I did not get his Name but is a foreign national from Congo. Said we must pay. I then asked if their policy is "You break you pay" if so where is it written because I have seen people coming there breaking things and no payment was required. I showed him that we only have R50 to buy this Black Tie wine. But he said we are not Leaving until we pay. He grabbed my friends hand bag and said he will take his belongings. We ended up paying for the wine and not buying the Black Tie.

I have sent an email to Head office 6 days ago with no response. I left a review on their Google store and no acknowledge or response.
