Cashier Bad attitude

I am disgusted and horrified by the bad attitude of a cashier by the name of Anna at Liquor City Foutways Leaping Frog. We came in the store to buy, we then enquired from the cashier if we can have some assistance with the prices, the Cashier screamed at us saying what do we want? And at the time the white manager on shift also aggressively asked which help we want, at that point i was ready to walk away and go somewhere else but thought let me buy and get out of there. We never received assistance and when we were approaching the till where the cashier was, she insulted us by calling us annoying, i then confronted her and asked if she is referring to us, she just mumbled and never gave a straight answer and pretended to have been directing her comment to the guy that was now assisting us by the name of Gift, which he was also shocked as to why was he being insulted at. I went ahead and paid and left my patner inside who was also buying, the other cashier cited that i was drunk, thats when we retaliated and told them about bad service, the same cashier Anna rep**** by saying "**** good service". Upon reporting to the same manager who just told them that he told them to be quiet, thats when we decided to return the goods purchased and have our money back, cashier Anna was the one doing refund with such a terrible attitude. Never in my years as a customer have i witnessed and encounted insults and swearing at any particular store. At tgat time i decided to walk away and buy somewhere else where i will be treated with respect and dignity. I will spread the word of mouth that all my family, friends and colleagues and everyone connected to meand everyone esle around my connections boycott Liquor city stores, they clearly have no regard for customers and feed on insulting and swearing their customers.
