I have a problem with your Senior Customer Care Consultant. Miss Siya Nqwelo who seems to think she is too important too call a customer even when the customer has requested her to call her 3 times!!!She doesn't get any stars Replace her with Karabo in Customer Care at no ***... She cares about her customers....Karabo gets ***** for friendliness and service.
