Worst Service Ever Received

This is by far the WORST service I have ever received. Their customer care department is absolute ******* and they are determined not to help you. I sent an email and waited 2 months for a reply even though I sent follow up emails every day. It has been 4 months and I have now received a grand total of 3 emails from them. I had a car service plan with them from about 2 years, I changed banks, called and emailed them to change the information and they didn't change it on their system and my plan was cancelled due to non payment. I called to try and fix it and they said my only option was to start another service plan (which I was later told was not the only option) now my car is over due for a service, I have to wait 2 more months before I can take it and then they will still reject my service as it is over due (all of which I was told on the phone) I don't understand why I have to be punished for a mistake that they made. The only person that is helpful in that entire business is Tsundzukani and even he didn't have a solution to my problem. It is utterly disgusting.
