Worst service ever

Wow so today I took vehicle for service and apparently I missed a premium in July I wasn't advised about it so I called this morning to query so I spoke to an black lady Yooooh I can't believe the way she spoke to me said that maybe if I paid my premiums I wouldn't have this is she talked over me I work with customers and if I spoke to them the way she spoke to me I wouldn't have a job and the I asked to speak to manager pity I forgot the ladies name and to show that she was very rude she didn't log a call for reference moral of the story I am disgusted with the manner in which she spoke I have now been waiting on the got me for 30min to speak to a manager
