Worst service
When I took out the policy in November 2021 I was advised that my next service will be when the vehicle reaches 120000km, now its been over a week with no feedback and I have provided everything needed to process my claim.
No questions asked when debiting my account but now I have to wait not knowing if my claim will be processed. Worst customer service!!!!
