Worst experience

Just to give people a heads up. One of the poorest companies when it comes to customer service and dealing with queries.

If you do not read your documents well or keep records of all claims, then you will lose alot.

My worst experience. I had a 36 month or 45000km service plan, to my suprise my car was only serviced twice and all of a sudden my policy ended even before time. When I requested for recordings they only have the one's that favors them or that helps them to win their cases. So please people read to understand and keep records of all your claims, it might come back to haunt you.
