Worst customer service experienced

Extremely poor service!!!! Does not care or understand the concept of customer care. Hides behind hidden terms and conditions, communicates on call different information to what their policies indicate and then fault the customer for taking them at their word. They give misinformation and then fault you as the customer because you were supposed to be checking each word that you said with the policy.

Call centre personal speak of a script and they don't have insight or abilities to move past that. I asked how can you assist me going forward and nothing. They truly are one of the worst companies I have worked with. They are not helpful and not compassionate. When they sell you policies they hide information. Only focused on making the sale. You pay debit orders every month, but when its time for them to service your car, they find every single excuse to get out of it.
