Worst customer service and policy issues

Been struggling for 3 days to cancel my policy. Been on the phone atleast 7 times already and nothing. I just personal email addresses to send cancel policy and nothing happens. Sales person this morning was rude and didn't even listen to my complaint. Was put on hold just to be cut off??? Reading all the other complaints I'm scared this will take months to resolve.

Please can I ask for any assistance ASAP before the next installment is due???
