Worst company to get a service plan with is Liquid capital/ Motor Happy

I recently had my service plan cancelled with Motor Happy/ Liquid Capital. When I followed up with them they said it was cancelled due to premiums not collected (they debited on a date that was not agreed upon) and I had to be the one to follow up on what was happening. After speaking to a few consultants, I asked for management and I was transferred to a very rude lady by the name of Cathar who did not wait for me to finish speaking, asked me why I do not look at my bank statement because that is what she would do in her "personal opinion". At the end of the call I told her I wanted to lay a complaint and she rudely asked "are you done" without caring to address my complaints. It is ridiculous how such companies do not care for customer service and can cancel a policy after one missed payment without even notifying a client. Worst of all, how do you have such rude people in management communicating with clients in that manner.
