Worst Attitude

I am so disgusted in the way Penelope H speaks to her clients. So very rude with an attitude, she argues, interrupts, cuts you off when you are still speaking. Why do you employ people who do not have the patience and maturity to speak with your clients.

I am the reason she is there, she is not the reason I am there. Please go listen to those calls.
