worse than pathetic customer service

<p>I approached liquid capital for an extended service plan and I was shocked that they dont really care about a potential customer. I got a quote over the phone from one of the customer care representative and was expecting an email to confirm and proceed with payment. Two days later I called the customer care again and they gave me a different quote with a reason that the rep who i spoke to was on leave. I spoke to the supervisor and was promised to receive a call back the next day but I didnt get one. I called them again and I was told I only have an option to accept a new quote which was R2k more than what the other rep quoted me. On top of all the above I felt the rudeness with the customer care team and they were not realizing the mistake is on their end. </p> <p>I would definitely not recommend any one for liquid capital. If pre-sales is pathetic, one can easily imagine after sales service. </p>
