Will not honour policy

In your policy document under the heading Components covered: Entertainment System Original manufacturer fitted radio and CD player, excluding speakers.

According to Liquid capital the buttons that control the radio volume is not part of the radio. The will replace the radio if there is a problem with it but not the radio.

I am rather shocked...
