Why do you pay for warrenty if they dont cover

I have a service plan and booster warrenty plan with liquid capital. My 2019 Kia sportage clutch broke after only driving 2000 km. According to Kia's workshop manager the xlutch burned due to user abuse and I must pay myself for the fixing of my car
