Whatever you do - don't use them

<p>We paid R 12 000 for a maitanance plan in 2014. When the first service was due, they were blacklisted at most Ford garages for not paying claims - so we had to pay the service ourselves and claim it back from them. It's 2017 and we're struggling to claim back. Now another service is due, and they won't pay out because they say our plan is expired (Our car has 58 000 Kms on and is covered to 60 000km according to them) - we paid to be covered up until 100 000 kms. It was a mistake they made on their system. Now they refuse to change the plan on their system, even though it was a mistake they made. We havn't been able to claim anything on this plan. We've lost so much money already. Wouldn't recommend them even to the Devil. </p>
