What Customer Care?

I have sent e-mails to your customer care repeatedly trying to find out when my service plan is expiring so I can renew, but no one ever gets back to me. It is ironic to me that the customer care doesn't even respond to emails. Please let me know who I can speak to, to resolve my query as I am getting highly frustrated.
