Way below minimum standard

I don't think that there's been 1 time that liquid capital has assisted me effectively and efficiently. True to form, they're at it again.

I've paid big money for an extended maintenance plan, because of the job I do.

My radiator plug is damaged. Liquid capital says that they won't cover the claim because it's "breakage" and not a factory fault. How does that make any sense? My breaks, disks and wipers are also not a factory fault. It's wear and tear on the car. That's what a maintenance plan is for.

It's always something with them.

I have never received any good service from them.

Needless to say, I've spoken to a few people and they've gotten rid of their cars since and will never sign with liquid capital again.
