Waste of money and time - deeply disappointed by this company.

Be aware: I have lost at least R2250.00 on a policy with Liquid Capital / Motor Happy, I am unable to book a service, months have been wasted, car millage exceeded last service - NO assistance, no amendments, no apologies, no rectification. This company sold a car service plan to me and insured my policy for 50 000 kilometers more than my car's millage at the time which means that I could not service my car for the entire time that I have been paying this company that has "ensured" my car for due services. After phoning Liquid Capital / Motorhappy's customer care - they firstly could not explain to me why I could not book a service and I had to eventually find out from the motor group Kia that Liquid Capital / Motorhappy had done me in (in so many words). Furthermore an unhelpful customer sales consultant, Tess Naidoo, then advised me that it was a fault on my behalf and advised that I listen to the audio recording (which takes 7 working days to acquire) - which is not helpful at all as another customer consultant by the name of Isayvanin, informed me that even if the fault lies with Liquid Capital / Motorhappy for incorrectly "processing" the millage on my policy - they would not be liable for the money I have paid for services not rendered and mistakes made as they've got themselves covered as the policy is more than 6 months old. This saddens me deeply as I counted on this policy otherwise I would not have wasted so much time and money which put me back in so many ways financially and otherwise. I am disgusted by insurance companies such as Liquid Capital / Motorhappy who pry on already vulnerable people in need of effective insurance/service solutions - only to mislead and ***** from them. I feel sorry for the people working for this company - they must be embarrassed handling complaints from shocked and disappointed customers like myself on a daily basis - and this is clearly the case judging by the vast number of bad reviews of Liquid Capital / Motorhappy on this platform only. I only hope that people will stop falling for promising marketing ****s and policies from Liquid Capital / Motorhappy and similar companies.
