WARNING: KIA SA/LIQUID CAPITAL: MAINTENANCE PLAN

Hi I took my vehicle for the first service according to the OME service schedule at Kia Centurion (after the original service plan expired). I bought a maintenance plan from Liquid Capital endorsed by KIA SA as a service provider. The dealership referred to Liquid Capital my service provider and indicated that my vehicle was not covered for the services . I made contact with Liquid Capital and they said that my maintenance plan excludes services. There is no indication in the correspondence that I received back from Kia Financial Services/Liquid Capital who is the underwriter of the policy that excludes my vehicle from being serviced under the maintenance plan. I refer you to the wording of Kia SA/Liquid Capital website Maintenance Brochure. The maintenance plan consist of two components, a service component and maintenance component. That is why I chose the maintenance plan. I made contact with both the entities but could not get a clear cut answer to date. I had to pay for the service myself. Thanks Kia SA/Liquid Capital
