Very unhappy with the treatment and service from liquid Capital

I'm so not happy with the service that i am getting from liquid capital, i called the call Centre in February to find out when can i take my car for a service and i was told i can take it on 130 000 km, when i called this month to confirm if i may take the car to the service when my car was on 125000 km and to my surprise i was told that i was supposed to take my car on 120 000 km, then i was told 2 weeks back that they will pull the recording of the call, I then received a call again and they advised me that the called was pulled and the person on the call advised me that i should take the car for service on 120k , then i requested to hear the call that is when i am being sent from pillar to post, the person i spoke to said someone will call me and they never did but only called me after 3-4 days but never got hold of me. Neo sent me an e mail advising me to call her back and i called today and dealt with a very impatient and rude agent, of which this is not the first time i got such treatment from liquid capital agents, they are so unprofessional and rude. its unfortunate i don't remember their names. To my surprise again i was told that the query has been resolved according to their records and SMS stating that was also sent to me. No one has come back to me with the recording and my car still needs service. Today the debit order went through meaning i am paying for a service that is not being rendered to me. I am so angry and frustrated and even thinking of taking this up with the ombudsman. I'm very disappointed with liquid Capital.
