Very poor and horrible customer service. No assistance but premiums are being collected monthly.

I have an insurance with Liquid Capital tire and rim cover. Ever since I have join this insurance I have not received cover when I needed one. They tell you they are contracted with service providers and they send you there or give you the names of those companies when you enquire, you get told that they are not registered. I phoned their customer care several times to request the particular service provider who can assist me they keep saying they will enquire and come back to me and nothing is happening yet they deduct money everymonth for the cover. Customercare can't asssist. I had to pay from my own pocket to fix my tire and rim yet. I have insurance that I pay monthly for that. I am exhauted have been in contact with customer care for 4days still I can't be helped.
