Very disappointed in Liquid Capital (and Mitsubishi)

I was advised this morning that it is a requirement that you are contacted whilst My Mitsubishi is less than 4 years old (which would have been the beginning of April 2022, i.e. 2 weeks ago) in order to renew the maintenance plan. I have been trying to find out from the dealerships since 2020 how to extend the maintenance plan and each time, I am advised by the service consultant that he or she will get back to me and let me know. (I asked at Mitsubishi in Menlyn when I took the vehicle for a service just after the hard lockdown in about May 2020 and twice at Mitsubishi Hatfield when the vehicle went for its last 2 services). I finally contacted Mitubishi head office to try to find out about extending the maintenance plan a few weeks ago and they advised me to contact Liquid Capital on *** Since then, I have been phoning this number, but it just rings. This morning, I tried looking up Liquid Capital on google and found the correct number, which I contacted you on. In any event, in light of the above, it is clear that I have really tried to extend the motor plan on the vehicle, but have really been let down by the dealerships as they at no point mentioned that I need to liaise with Liquid Capital. Kindly assist to resolve.
