Vehicle Service & Maintenance Plans Rip-Off

<p>I took out a 360 Unlimited Service and Maintenace Plan for my Ford XLT in 2015. The monthly premium is</p> <p>R 556.97 over 36 Months. Total value of the plan is R20 050.92, to date I have paid in total R 10582.43 in premiums. I only claimed R8 557.98 worth of services. The plan now has been canceled as my Ford reached tthe 120 000km mark. I am going to still pay R 9 468.49 in premiums but it will be basically be for nothing.</p> <p>Who regulates these companies, how can you pay more for what you get?</p> <p>Does not make sense, why not extend the KM's in such a way that the consumer get value out of the product he/she pays for !</p> <p>Tried 2 weeks to get clarification from their customer relations dept, but with no luck. I just get a answer " That is how the plan works, and yes you will pay basiclally for nothing" WOW !!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I want value for my mooney, and I am not getting it foorm Liquid Capital.</p>
