************* pathetic customer service

<p>i have been paying for car warranty with this company for over a year and late last month I get an SMS to say that my policy has been canceled. I first thought it was a mistake until I got a call from a lady to try sell me another warranty from the same come, ***?! I decide to follow up on what happened here and I am told that instructions came from the client to cancel the policy but what baffles me is that I'm the client and I have never given such an instruction, nobody can give me proof of this instruction that I have supposedly given. I would like a full refund for all the payments I have made since they've continued to inconvenience me as this was not the same incident with this company. They continue to mess around with my policy. </p>
