untransparent and deceiving company ever

Worst and an unprofessional business I had to deal with. Took a plan with them n they told me they will pay out for any scratches I will have. when I had a scratch n made a claim they told me my claim is rejected because my scratch is more than 15cm. When their consultant called me to take a plan no one told me anything about that. I'd like to advise people not to even consider taking anything with them they are nothing but unprofessional ***** that deceive people and are not transparent.
