Unsatisfied customer

I have an insurance with liquid capital and hollard is the service provider. I had an accident in the middle of January. Someone hit me from the back. That car was also insured. I am battling all this time to get my access. Liquid capital has not assisted me at all. No follow up and no after sales care They take your calls and refer you and never get back. I have been with other insurance but never this treatment. Cheap is not always good.
